Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Make an impact through meaningful, hands-on care.
Our RBTs work directly with children to bring individualized treatment plans to life through play, structured learning, and everyday interactions.
As an RBT at Mentalmorphosis, you’ll receive ongoing clinical support, training, and opportunities to strengthen your skills while helping children communicate, connect, learn, and become more independent.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Lead with purpose. Grow with impact.
Our BCBAs are clinical leaders who guide individualized treatment, support families, mentor RBTs, and ensure every child receives compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.
We provide an environment where BCBAs can focus on clinical quality while continuing to develop as leaders, mentors, and professionals.
