About Us
Transforming Early Learning Into Lifelong Growth
Our Story
Mentalmorphosis ABA was founded by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Taylour Centeio and Jazlyn Lovely, united by a shared passion for helping young children with autism learn, grow, and thrive.
Our journey in ABA began on the front lines of care as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Over the years, we worked directly with children and families, experiencing firsthand just how powerful the right support at the right time can be.
We've celebrated first words. We've watched children discover new ways to communicate, connect, play, and become more independent. We've also witnessed the relief families feel when they finally have a team that understands their child, listens to their concerns, and gives them hope for what comes next.
Those experiences shaped the clinicians we became—and ultimately inspired us to create something of our own.
This is why we started Mentalmorphosis ABA.
We envisioned a practice where compassionate, individualized, and ethically grounded care isn't simply an expectation—it's the foundation. A place where children are understood as individuals, families are treated as true partners, and clinical decisions are always centered around what is meaningful for the child.
What We're Building Together
At the heart of Mentalmorphosis is a commitment to early intervention.
The early years offer an incredible opportunity to build foundational skills that can influence how a child communicates, interacts, learns, plays, and navigates everyday life. That's why our clinic is intentionally designed around the developmental needs of young children on the autism spectrum.
Through individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we create meaningful learning opportunities that support communication, social development, self-regulation, independence, play, and school readiness—all while allowing children to explore, connect, and simply be children.
And our work doesn't stop with the child.
We partner closely with parents and caregivers, providing education, practical strategies, and ongoing support that help families feel confident carrying skills beyond therapy and into everyday routines.
At Mentalmorphosis ABA, progress is personal. There is no one path, timeline, or definition of success that fits every child. We meet each child where they are, celebrate the progress they make along the way, and create meaningful opportunities for where they can go.
Because when children receive the right support, in the right environment, at the right time, meaningful growth can take shape.

Our Philosophy
We believe effective ABA begins with understanding the child—not simply the behavior.
Our approach combines evidence-based practices with play, movement, natural learning opportunities, structured teaching, and each child's individual interests.
Treatment decisions are guided by data, but progress is measured by more than numbers. We look at how new skills improve a child's ability to communicate, connect with others, participate in everyday routines, and experience greater independence.
Children should have opportunities to learn while still being children.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a future where every child with autism has access to compassionate, individualized early intervention that empowers them to communicate, connect, grow, and experience greater independence.
We strive to redefine the standard of ABA care by creating an environment where children are celebrated for who they are, families feel supported and empowered, and meaningful progress extends far beyond the walls of therapy.
